Deception of Unconditional Love

One of the greatest deception of Christianity today is God’s unconditional love directed towards everyone including unbelievers.

Below are the few verses quoted for this.

Rom 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Rom 5:9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.

God demonstrates His love only towards the people who are justified by His blood and are saved from His wrath.
Another verse often told for Unconditional love is:

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

This unconditional love requires the condition of believing in Him. Let’s read more to know about this unconditional love.

John 3:17 “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
John 3:18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
John 3:19 “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

How much clear is Christ’s own spoken words regarding His own unconditional love of condemnation of unbelievers.
Yet another verse often quoted for unconditional love is:

Rom 8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? [Shall] tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
Rom 8:38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
Rom 8:39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Firstly, this verse is referring to believers. Secondly, God’s love is in Christ. Hence, if anyone rejects Christ, and/or Christ is not in Him, how can we say God’s love is in him?
Finally,

Rom 5:5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

If love of God is poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit, how can an unbeliever receive this love of God without the Holy Spirit?
