- Quick Reference for Paul’s Contrary Teachings
A quick reference to guide you from not falling into the pit of false teachings by modern churches and denominations that use Paul's letter even to reject Christ's teachings!
- What are gentiles required to follow?
Gentiles must follow the new covenant what Jesus Christ taught (Deut 18:18-19), must not commit any abominations which God expects from all nations (Lev 18:27) and the laws given to Noah for all mankind (Gen 9:4-6).
- Handling Deceptions in Christianity
Let us sharpen the Sword, which is the Word of God and attack the deceptions from the devil in Christendom. It is indeed sad to see many are using Christ's name on the outside to follow Paul on the inside.
- Don’t quote Scripture like Satan
Just like Satan quoted Scripture, Christians today use their Bibles as an excuse to keep sinning. They wilfully forget that a disciple is not above his Teacher, nor a servant above his Master, and willingly throw away God's words using man's words.
- Quick Reference for Misquoted Words of Jesus Christ
A quick reference to guide you from not falling into the pit of misquoting words of Jesus Christ by modern preachers, churches and denominations to reject His teachings!
This is just an observation on “How to be sinless” and the statement “Jesus lived as a normal human and showed that man can live sinless, so you are without excuse”
Jesus Christ was fully man and fully God when He walked the earth. He didn’t stop being God when He entered into His own creation.
A couple of Bible verses teach that we are all sinners.
Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” We are though justified and redeemed through the shed blood of Christ.
If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. 1 John 1:10
These couple of verses are proof texts that we all are sinners.
The Law shows us our sin and how much we need Jesus.
Romans 3:20-24:
Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
So, yes, while we all are all sinners, Through faith and repentance, can we be redeemed. (guilty of sin, but Jesus paid the price in full when He took our place on the cross.)
Hope this helps!
The video is about how to be sinless based on Christ’s own Words and not questioning the sinful state before being cleansed (as mentioned in 1 John 1:10).
I don’t follow Paul (Paul vs Jesus) and Romans 3:20-24 is incorrect. E.g., Jesus Himself said in His parable (Luke 18:9-14), the humble tax collector was justified in the Temple by the law (which has nothing to do with Christ).
This doesn’t mean we are to follow the law since gentiles were never under the law for Christ to redeem us as Paul lied. The law was given to Moses for Kingdom of Israel and Christ gave His commandments (everything He taught) for His kingdom of Heaven.
The point being, the requirement for being sinless to enter life comes directly from Christ and His words never pass away. Hence, we must not use any of other men’s letters and words to reject what Christ taught.
Precisely. With all due respect, how well do you personally keep the entire law and all of the commandments? Are you suggesting that you have never and do not currently sin?
Please also remember Jesus’ words in John 8:7.
“Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.”
The woman who was caught in adultery was about to be stoned because of her sin, but Jesus stepped in and told the men if anyone was found without sin to throw the first stone. Every single man walked away.
I believe you misunderstood following Jesus means folowing the law. It’s not the case. Christ did not teach the law but His commandments. Christ also did not come to establish the kingdom of Israel but kingdom of God (John 18:36; Acts 1:7)
John 15:10 “If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
Changing the law of Moses is forbidden by the law (Deut 4:2), yet the law itself explicitly mentions to listen to the Messiah for which the Father will require of it (Deu 18:18-19). Christ is giving His commandments for the new covenant.
– Christ gave a new commandment that whoever is angry with his brother without a cause has the same punishment as murder (not found in the law). Matt 5:22; Exod 20:13
– Christ gave a new commandment that if any man looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart (not found in the law). Matt 5:28; Exod 20:14
– Christ gave new commandment to that whoever divorces his wife for any reason except sexual immorality causes her to commit adultery; and whoever marries a woman who is divorced commits adultery (not found in the law). Matt 5:32; Deut 24:1
– Christ nullified the law of oaths. Matt 5:33-37; Lev 5:4
– Christ nullified the law of violence. Matt 5:44; Exod 21:24
and several of His teachings from the gospels.
Whoever commits sin is a slave of sin and a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son abides forever (John 8:34-36). Unless we are set free, we will never abide in His house forever. We must be worthy to attain salvation (Luke 20:35). He also expects our righteousness to exceed the righteousness of scribes and Pharisees (Matt 5:20). I didn’t say any of these but Jesus Christ. If you want to enter into His kingdom based on what He taught, you must follow Him. Please don’t see others (including me) to decide if you want to follow Him. Remember, narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it (Matt 7:14).
