Wrath of God

Wrath of God will kill you in a very great plague, will make you self-cannibalise, will make you a fuel for fire, will make your children dashed, wives ravished, houses plundered, will leave in the midst of a furnace, will deliver to brutal men who are skilful to destroy and many more. Are you still deceived that God has no wrath on the wicked and disobedient? It is our disobedience that will cause the wrath of God. Being humble before God delays the judgement for disobedience. If we don’t bear fruits of repentance, we cannot flee from the wrath of God. Who is able to stand before the wrath of God?

Holy Spirit is given only if you keep Christ’s Word

Many Christians are deceived that the Holy Spirit is given just by hearing of faith or by believing based on Paul’s lies. Jesus made it clear that if we keep His commandments, He will pray to the Father who will send the Holy Spirit to us which the world cannot receive. Only if we keep His word, the Father and the Son will come to us and make it home. As we see in the early church, it was because of Cornelius with all his household’s fear of God, his alms, and his righteousness, the Holy Spirit was given to him and his household. In contrast to Christ and Peter, Paul deceives many Christians today that they receive the Holy Spirit when they believe.

Did Jesus teach us to sell everything and lose our jobs?

Jesus taught several times to sell all that a person has and give it to the poor. What does it mean to sell all? Is Jesus asking us to become homeless and lose our jobs? Jesus was speaking about selling treasures or riches, not our basic needs. Jesus Himself was mentioned as a carpenter just like His earthly father Joseph was a carpenter before He began His ministry.

Parable of Serving God

Jesus is teaching us that the wicked is more shrewd than the righteous. He is using the parable of the unjust steward as an example to show us how we must not be unfaithful on other’s wealth but to use our wealth and be friends with God who can invite us into His eternal home and serve Him rather than riches. Here Jesus is teaching us how to be faithful in little things which He calls as serving God.
